“I just wanted to respond to your email and let you know that I loved every aspect of the training!  It was way more than I expected; it wasn’t just a training, rather an experience.  

 

What stood out to me:

1). The book provided has all the information in it.  I loved his insights and pearls and was elated that he actually included all the information.  Most trainers only give handouts with topics and expect people to write notes, but it’s hard to listen to the speaker and take all the notes so I appreciate that it was all included.  

2). The training was very comprehensive and I appreciated being able to watch Shino perform “live” the various procedures he taught us about.

3).  I loved that we injected our models separately instead of as a group at the same time.  This allowed me to learn even more because I was able to see the procedures performed again…and hear more of Shino’s insights.

4).  The attention Shino gave me during my practice was just as enthusiastic as the first persons.  I have been to trainings (and been the last to inject) where I barely got any direction because it seem the trainer was more ready to be done for the day.  Shino stayed 100% present for each one of his trainees. 

5).  The offer to come back and shadow at no extra charge.  That’s such a huge value!  

6).  All the meals and entertainment.  And let me say this…..there is almost always a “cocktail” hour after a training, but what y’all provided was so much more.  Y’all invited your friends and family to the event which shows that y’all were truly inviting us into your family.   I don’t know of too many people that invite trainees into their personal world and that made me feel very welcomed and loved!

 

Gosh, I feel I could go on and on.  It was a remarkable training and I am so blessed to have been able to have trained with Shino and have met all of you at Shino Bay Derm.  I wouldn’t change a thing!!!!”
